Order Status & Email Notifications
An email notification is automatically sent upon receiving an order and shipping that order.
Check your junk folder if you do not receive email as some ISP block our emails. If we are on time and it is not during a sale or holiday: 3 business days to fill + 7 business days to mail = 10 business days. If your order does not arrive after 3 business weeks, then email us and please not before as we can receive up to 250 emails a day.
Damages and Lost Packages
Only insured orders will be replaced by the USPS. Please contact your local post office for their inspection.
